According to the survey done by Federal Highway Administration, the number is declining when it comes to teens that are getting their driver license. Sad truth. Back then, almost a half of kids ages 16 years had them but now, it’s continuing to go down. I can’t get the real logic behind. Why are kids getting this feeling that it is not really necessary to get driver’s license? I guess its because of the increasing cost of getting one or it may be because of the fact that they’re too lazy to even spend their time just to get seek a license for himself. Probably, another factor could be because they love the thrill that it gives them. You know, driving around the town with their peers, getting over with the local police, stuffs like these can really be exciting, I admit.
It is also a way to go away with mom and dad! Funny.
This is out of order. I guess authorities should be stricter this time; parents should also their means to prevent their kids from fooling around authorities. After all, when accidents happen it is only the time when they would regret their action and too bad, the regret comes late. School should also play their part. Why not instill to these kids the fact that driving around without a license isn’t fun at all?
Surely, this is not an overnight problem. Sooner it will get worse, its better to act as early as NOW than regret the fact of being too careless.
